    14lb ball, 26lb kettle snatch, 35lb SDHP. = 8:02

    the snatches got reeeeeal ugly and slippery at the end. which lead to banging the inside of my knee on the kettle. OUCH! ….cool bruise tho. Lower back very sore day after.

    12:47 26 lb kettle snatches, 10 lb wall ball but at 10 1/2 ft target, 35 lb pulls. Was last to finish by far, Pauline has my number!!! Thanx 7am’ers for the cheering. I love my class. It was super fun to watch them flip the tires. Nice job everyone.

    7:44 26lb KS, 14lb wall ball (yeah!), 26lb SDHP.

    just a note that the 6am class only did one set of KS, not both arms.
