    Warm:

    400 m run

    squat 20

    push ups (knees) – 15

    jump rope 200

    squats 20

    pull ups (bbb) 15

    WOD: 5 rounds for time:

    4 strict push ups

    40 meter “farmer carry” (2 25lbs dumb bells for me so double distance)

    15 squats with 25lbs

    40 meter farmers carry

    total time: 10:59
