The Ups and Downs of Max Box Jump

Strength/Skill:

Deadlifts 3 x 3

Then perform one set of  15-20 Reps at the highest weight possible.

WOD:

4 rounds for time

2 Muscle-Ups

15 squats

4 Handstand Pushups

20 abmat situps

Post times and any scaling to Comments.

Just a note that we will have limited class on Labor Day, time will be announced shortly.

    Sumo deadlifts because belly got in way of regular deadlifts. Felt great want to do more often. 5×65, 5×85, 5×115, then one set at 85 x15

    Wod: 10:00

    5 ring rows

    small incline pushup (felt good but put pressure on belly for some reason)

    good mornings with 35 lb bar.

    Deadlifts:

    3 x 135, 175, 195 (matched PR)

    15 x 145 (brutal! couldn’t quite get to 20)

    WOD

    = 7:03

    (small band, bench sub for hspu)

    P.S. My lower back is sooooo sore!

    3 x 195

    20 x 145 (lower back was SCREAMING!)

    WOD= 8:11

    (no band-reverse grip pull ups, sub bench for HSPU)

    damn you AbMat and your situps! One day, one day….

    15 Double Unders

    15 squats

    5 tire flips

    Deadlifts

    Max 3 =

    3 x 145lbs

    3 x 155lbs

    3 x 165lbs (PR)

    Then 20 at 85lbs

    (Like Jenny said, screaming backs all around)

    WOD for time:

    4 rounds of

    3 pullups (med. band)

    15 squats

    5 strict push ups

    20 abmats
