with fun wods like this you make it so hard to have a rest day!!!! but I am sticking to it

25:18. I beat my last time by 3 minutes. And if my K2E get better; I’lll drop another 3 minutes. I literally spent 5 minutes on the stupid things! Kris said I didn’t do them exactly correct either! I think my Kipping Pullups have thrown me off! so, work on those! With box jumps I recycled them! That saved quite a bit of time! Otherwise, I felt good with everything! Fun today ‘ & lots of improvement!
