COACHES

Kristopher “Koach” Germain 

Coach Kris grew up in Colorado and went to school in Tennessee. He met his wife in LA and they now raise their family in Redondo Beach.

His personal mission is to teach as many people as he can, to move better than they ever thought they could—so they can play however they want.

Koach believes in Strength in Numbers, and Furious Play For As Long As We Can. He has a heart for the underdog. He loves stories, coffee, God talk, and sport, but enjoys spending time with his family above all.

He has his CrossFit L1 cert, CrossFit Kids, CrossFit Endurance, and Mobility certifications.

 

Jonathan Lee

Born and raised in the Los Angeles area, sports have been a lifelong passion for Jonathan. He grew up playing every sport imaginable eventually competing in water polo and swimming, and continues to play basketball every week. After graduating from UCLA in 2007, he frequented globo gyms on and off until joining CrossFit 310 in April 2011. His first workout took place during the CrossFit Games Open, and he hasn’t looked back ever since. Jonathan enjoys teaching people to become better athletes, and holds a CrossFit Level 1 certificate.

 

 

 

Carrie Rey

 

Carrie graduated from Cal State Long Beach and is a science teacher at Bishop Montgomery High school. She was a volleyball coach for 25 years and has had her CrossFit L1 Certification for three years. She has also been a strength and conditioning coach for three years.

 

Jeff Williams

Coach Jeff began CrossFit about 4 years ago at 310. After about one and one half years of CrossFit he became a competitive weightlifter and has been a nationally ranked superheavyweight since 2013, his goals are to become an internationally ranked weightlifter. He has his CrossFit L1, CrossFit Kids, and CrossFit Mobility certifications. He was taught weightlifting by USAW coaches Sean Waxman, and Juan Martinez.

As far as CrossFit goes, his favorite workouts are short and fast. Workouts like Grace and Isabel, or heavy workouts like the CrossFit Total. He also love to row.
