I first off did 5x3 DL&#039;s of 85, 135, 185,215,235  I totally am excited about what my new PR will be for one rep max!

		<description>Scaled to 35 total reps. Finally back to my med ball target, but taking it easy.  Got 35 every 1/2 of all rounds, so reached my goal.

DL: 135/145/155 3x5 which was the same weight as 3x5 last week but with better form!</description>
