Welcome to the New Year! Welcome to The Plan for your New Years Resolutions.  That’s right, those things you promised yourself in the New Year, but were gobbled up by the business of life.

If you’re like most people, then you need help.   Maybe you want to lose weight, maybe you want to get stronger, or run a Spartan Race, or even just keep up with your kids. Whatever your goals, it’s important to have a plan, to have people to guide you, to have energy towards your goals.  This is what we do at CrossFit 310, we call it Strength in Numbers.

The best way to learn more about what we do here at CrossFit 310 is to experience it for yourself with an introductory session. The intro session is suitable for all fitness levels and designed to give you a feel for our place, our philosophy, discuss your goals, and see if we’re a good fit for you.
