B1. Snatch High Pull x5 – big pull + up on toes, rest 30s

+ Elbows pulling high

B2. Wall Walk x4 for quality, rest 60 sec

5x DB Power Snatch Each arm

5x Single Arm OHS each arm

[can be front squat if needed for MOB issues]
