STRENGTH/SKILL

A. Handstand Walk:

F: Wall Facing HS Hold for max time;

P/S: Max handstand walk best of 3 attempts

B. Standing Triple Jump

Best of 3 attempts

Both Feet + Non-Dominant Leg + Dominant Leg

Must Stick the landing - measure from back of heels.

For anyone with leg issues [from eccentric];

can go to Broad Jump - jump & land

or Wall Sit

[note - you *CAN do a max height Box Jump here...

but I really, really caution everyone to be careful]

Sub 3-1 Single Unders [120-90-60-30] +

40-30-20-10 sit ups

P: 50-40-30-20-10 reps for time

S: Flight simulator

Unbroken dubs

5-10-15...45-50-45...10-5

if they break - they repeat that number again
