Run 200m together
then each person completes:
- 1 round of DT

12 Deadlift
9 Hang Power Clean (155/105#)
6 Shoulder to Overhead (155/105#)

F: w/DB's, or light load [95/65# or less]

P: as rx, or drop load down to 115/75 or 135/95#

S: 185/125#

or

Option 2: 

"All Falls Down"

In Teams of 2:

20 min AMRAP

100m Run, alternating
40 Wall ball, split up while 1 person holds plank
30 V-Up, while one person holds Bottom of squat
20 Burpee, while 1 person holds Hollow Rock
10 DB Man Maker [no hold]
5 Tire Flip Together [or odd object movement]
