- Build to a tough single rep in 12-15 min

5 each arm + 3 Box Jump/Step Down or 3 Broad Jump

WOD

"CF Regionals 2018 - Event 4"

For time:

2 rounds of:
   10 snatches, 175 / 125 lb.
   12 burpees

Then, 2 rounds of:
   10 snatches, 115 / 75 lb.

*12 min Cap*

F: DB Power Snatch + Burpee + Lighter DB Power Snatch + Burpee
