F: Build to 8RM each leg box step up

P: max rep unbroken pistol each leg [no more than
60 sec per leg - must stay in place & no putting foot down or holding anything]

S: Build to weighted 1RM Pistol each leg

WOD

"Madness"
For time; 20 min cap; 

50-40-30-20-10 reps for time:

Wall Ball
Double Unders

F: 40-30-20-10
Wall Ball Light/3-1 single unders or double unders

P: as rx

S: Unbroken Reps each; 
ex. if you break you must do that movement's reps again; 
aka, if you break on dubs, you don't have to do WB again, 
that's madness.
