F: Hang Power Snatch x5 or 3&3 DB Hang Power snatch
for technique; 
P/S: Build to tough set of this complex

WOD

30 reps for time; 
F: 5RFT; 10x Slam Ball + 10x Burpee
P: as rx, or adjust load down! 
S: as rx, or adjust up to 155-185# guys/105-125# women

[any shoulder/technique issues, 
go to power cleans @similarly tough load, 
but will reduce technical & potential movement limiters]
