A. "High Voltage"

In teams of 3;

5 Rounds for time [20 min cap]

waterfall style; P1 goes, then P2, then P3;

should be high output

1. Power Clean x10 reps 95/65#

DB or BB Power Cleain

2. Run 100m hard

3. Pull Ups x10

4. Row 150m

F: DB Power Clean

P: as rx

S: 135/95# Power Clean + CtB Pull Ups or 5x Muscle Up

B. In teams of 3; in 5 min accumulate

either 1) max cals on rower

2) max cals on airbikes if they're up to it

rotate as needed
