2. Rear Foot Elevated Split Squat, 6 each leg
- holding 2 DB/KB, pause 1 second in bottom each rep

rest 60 sec

WOD

"Stargazing" 

15 EMOM
- skill based, for quality

1. Double Under practice
[if they get to 40 seconds; then rest remaingitime

F: Double Under Practice [3 singles + 1 double]

P: 40-50 Double Unders

S: Triple Unders, 10 attempts

2. Zercher Lunge

- stand all the way up after each rep - don't rush

F: KB Front Rack, 8 each leg
P: 95/65#, 8 each leg
S: 135/95 or heavier,  8 each leg

3. Handstand Walk; 1pt every 10'

F: Bear Crawl

P: Wall Walks

S: Handstand Walk
