Build to 1RM

Clean and Jerk: Build to tough single rep; one rep every 2 min for 16 min; 
Build

F: 3x Clean Grip DL + hang Power Clean + 3x Push Press; 
SCALE DOWN to 2DB's: 5x DL + 5x HPC + 5x PPr
or 3x Front Squat + 3x Push Press + 3x Thruster to tough set
