Build up to a tough set of 5 reps L/R Side

F: DB Reverse Lunge x8 L/R

P/S: Build to tough set of 5

A2. 2KB Front Rack Farmer Carry

or Yoke Carry x100' tough load, all groups

WOD

B. Full Tabata at each station:

1DB Power snatch Each arm [switch arms as needed]

Rest 30 sec

1DB OH Lunge Each leg [switch arms as needed]

Rest 30 sec

1DB Overhead Sit Up

F: 1x Russian KBS + 1x KB Lunge each leg + 1x Sit Up

P: as rx;

S: 2KB Power Snatch + 2kb OH Lunge + 2KB OH Sit Up will not be super heavy
