30x DB Hang Power Clean + Push Press

20x Hand Release Push Ups

10x Front Squat 155/105# - from the ground;

F: DB/KB moderate-tough load + Slam ball [instead of DB Hang PCL]

P: 155/105# - lower weight down as needed]

S: 205/135#
