Pull Ups

Push Ups

Sit Ups

Squats

Goal is to scale people to

under 35 min;

so;

F: 50/75/100/100 is good place for many

or to scale down movements

to ring row/jumping pull up +

knee push ups, etc

P: As rx if able - may need to drop reps on

pull ups

S: As rx or as rx w/CtB Pull Ups

Be careful of local muscle burnout
