Muscle Endurance main limiter/Breathing is 2nd

Split up reps as needed, 1 piece of equipment per station

WOD

A. "Station to Station"

5 stations; 4 min per station;

In teams of 2: 1 person working at a time

4 min per station, rest 1 min to rotate stations;

1. Airbike for Cals [or shuttle run]

2. DB Man Maker

3. Wall Ball

4. Slam Ball

5. Row for Cal

All Groups; adjust load down & partner up with

similar abilities
