A. "Rom for Thirds?"

In teams of 3: Waterfall Style:

15 min AMRAP

P1, then P2, then P3, then go to next movement

8x Burpee Box Jump Over

50' OH Walking Lunge

F: 25/10#, P/S: 45/25#

100m Sprint

20x Bumper Plate Thruster [same plate they did OHWL with]

Scoring:

50' walking lunge = 5 points per person (must complete the 50' to get points)

100m sprint = 10 pts per person

B. Team Row contest;

3000m Row for time; in teams of 3; or 10min max Cal Airbike

no 1 person rowing more than 100m -all groups; mix em up!
